Returns & Exchanges

At OLIVE SPA UK, we are committed to the quality of our products and take every measure to ensure that each order is delivered promptly and in excellent condition. However, should it be necessary to return a product, our team is always available to assist you.

Right of Return

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you place your order.

Prior communication with OLIVE SPA UK is required before initiating any return.

OLIVE SPA UK reserves the right to request additional information or photographic evidence of the product to be returned.

Inspection upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the external packaging.

If you notice any damage, you have the right to refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

All products are handed over by OLIVE SPA UK to the courier service in excellent condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used
  • The inner packaging has been opened or shows signs of damage
  • The product is not in its original condition

OLIVE SPA UK accepts returns only for unused products, in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase.
